We understand that taking the first step towards treating your skin condition or concern can be daunting - which is why we offer a discreet and complimentary consultation with one of our skin experts. ​ A consultation involves a thorough (and non-judgmental!) exploration of your skin issues, including a detailed analysis of your current skincare practices, lifestyle choices and goals in order to find the right solution for you, your skin - and your budget. ​ We’ll use our findings from the consultation to create a personalised skincare plan for you - our promise is that you’ll leave the clinic feeling enlightened, enthusiastic and optimistic about the future health of your skin. We offer complimentary consultations when a treatment is carried out on the day or post consultation, or a product(s) is purchased, which your deposit will be used towards. If you do not wish to go ahead with the recommended services the consultation fee will be charged as stated.

Cancellation Policy

A day before your appointment you will receive an appointment reminder via text message or email. Please refer to this for your specific time and confirm. Late cancellations, no shows and rescheduling without 48 hours notice will result in deposits being forfeited and full treatment cost being charged. In the case of appointments that form part of a course a treatment will be deducted from the remaining number of sessions. This also applies to gift cards, the amount on system will be deducted and the remaining amount of the treatment will be charged. Late arrivals may not receive a treatment, we will always do our best to provide full treatment but cannot keep other clients waiting. You must provide 48 hours notice for rescheduling requests to avoid losing your deposit and being charged for your treatment.
