Of all the things to test objectively, perhaps the facial is the hardest — no two people have the same needs, just as no two facialists have the same hands. The facial itself was 40 minutes of pure relaxation, including a lymphatic drainage facial massage and a neck & shoulder massage. By the end I was almost asleep and afterwards, as promised, the results were visibly noticeable – I looked less ‘tired’, more fresh and more luminous. I was amazed at how soft my skin felt and, of course, how relaxed I felt.
